Enrich your well-being.
Mike will guide you on a mindfully relaxing, sensory-focused forest bathing experience that’ll soothe your being, deepen your connection with nature, and enrich your well-being.
All forest bathing sessions customarily end with a cup of tea as a practice. Completing a session together with tea is a way to share in our gratitude for, reciprocity with, and honor to the Earth.
Forest bathing sessions run for approximately 90 - 120 minutes but plan for 120 minutes (2 hours).
Slow down and be present.
Forest bathing sessions involve mindful walking - up to 2 miles in total - out and back - on woodland trails. Walking will be slow paced, gentle, and deliberate. Standing and sitting still may also occur.
Forest bathing is a time to relax, slow down, be present, and quiet the mind.
While forest bathing is not a strenuous practice, participants should be prepared to walk along wooded trails with varying obstacles such as tree roots, rocks, branches, forest debris, etc.
There may also be some moderate elevation gain on the walks, but overall, forest bathing sessions occur on mostly flat terrain that is fairly easy to navigate, unless otherwise specified*.
*When you sign up, you’ll receive an email which contains specific session details including day and time, location with directions, more information about what to expect and how to prepare for the experience, and other logistics.
