About Mountainside FTC
Sunset on the mountainside
Mike Sidoti established Mountainside Forest Therapy & Coaching (Mountainside FTC) with purpose and passion to enrich the well-being of others through forest bathing and coaching.
He earned professional certification as a forest therapy guide through The Forest Therapy School and is deeply passionate about offering others an opportunity to experience the deeply, positively impactful effects of forest bathing.
With Mike as your guide, you’ll enhance your well-being, and in two hours or less you’ll leave feeling renewed, relaxed, refocused, and replenished with a deepened connection to yourself and nature.
Mike is certified in Wilderness First Aid & CPR from The Institute for Wild Med and has also participated in a series of Wilderness Survival Skills workshops from Owl Eyes Wilderness Survival.
Mike is also professionally trained through The Institute for Life Coach Training and subsequently earned board certification as a professional coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education. He offers foundational coaching services that engage you in achieving your goals and attaining greater life fulfillment aligned with your values and purpose.
Mike enjoys many outdoor recreational activities including hiking, kayaking, skiing, and nature photography as well as going to his favorite ‘sit spot’ where he stops doing to ‘simply be’ with nature in the present moment.
He knows first-hand the restorative attributes that spending time in nature - the forest - and among the trees - has on one’s well-being both personally and from what his clients have shared.
Mike has also observed the transformational process of coaching and the tremendous growth that occurs from the first day to the finish line - as clients gain clarity and establish individualized action plans that drive success and result in a greater fulfillment overall.
Mike looks forward to guiding you through a similarly nourishing forest bathing experience or working with you as a professional coach.
